Whenever you’re off on a weekend trip to the country with family and friends, taking your guests to a wedding party, or arranging an offsite company meeting, a Wheely minivan is an excellent option. A roomy Mercedes Viano offers enough space for your dog, pushchair, and bicycle. And while packing a snowboard for your winter trip may be a bit of a challenge, getting it to the airport in a Wheely car will be a breeze.

WAITING TIME AND PARKING
Each booking includes 5 minutes of free waiting. After 5 minutes of waiting, you will start to be charged the per minute rate according to your tariff. Paid parking and toll taxes are subject to extra charges, which will be added to the total amount of the journey. For your convenience, toll fee is charged in accordance with transponder rate.
NEW CENTRAL LONDON CONGESTION CHARGE
An additional £1.50 will now be added to journeys starting, ending or passing through the Scotland Congestion Charge Zone. This goes directly to your chauffeur to help cover the new cost of driving through the capital.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
When booking in advance, please enter your flight number and departure date – your chauffeur will meet you on time. The flight will be tracked automatically, and you will have 1h of complimentary waiting time after the flight lands. Parking fees will be added to the final fare.

You’ll get a luxury saloon car without any signage. The driver will put up an umbrella for you if it’s raining, hold the door open, set the climate control exactly the way you prefer, and tune the radio to your favourite station. If you arrive by plane, just let us know your flight number, and the driver will meet you at the airport holding a name board.
